What is the delivery fee?
We offer FREE UK delivery, and aim to deliver to you within 1-5 working days, although some items may take 7-21 working days for delivery if the product is made to order.
Please note, a small number of postcodes will incur a deliver surcharge – click HERE to find out if you are affected.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Please check your box for damage before signing for any goods. If you do notice any signs of damage, please sign for as ‘damaged’ and refuse delivery. Please note, missed deliveries may incur a charge.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to refund your goods, providing they are retuned to us unopened and in the original packaging, within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be returned to us at your own expense, with you taking reasonable steps to ensure the goods are received by us, damage-free. We will refund the total, including delivery charges, onto the card used to pay with. Learn more HERE.
Can I cancel my order?
You have a 7 working day cancellation period, from the day after the day you receive the Goods. You must notify us of the cancellation by email to info@tesorodirect.co.uk.
What is your price match guarantee?
We are so confident in our incredible value for money and unbeatable prices that we vow to beat the prices of ALL furniture stores in the UK. Please note, our price match guarantee is only upheld providing it would not result in Tesoro Direct making a loss, and cannot be applied retrospectively if you have already placed your order.
